Limestone Mountains West

The first section of the Arno Trail crosses the limestone mountains from the Untersberg to the Steinerne Meer and the Leogang Steinberge. Hikers are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views from the foothills region as far as the major Alpine ranges. A good physical condition and a sense of direction are necessary, but no special mountaineering skills are required
